Marksheet Related Issue In University

I have completed my m.tech degree in 2018 . I have received degree certificate from university by speed post . But till today, I have not received any marksheet . I have not received marksheet of first , second , third , fourth semester by University and college. I have contacted college they said marksheet are not received by the University. I have send upto three application to University but they are not responding to my questions. What should i do to get original marksheet from university.?AKTU students postal also not showing original marksheet option. I am requesting university regularly about my marksheet but they are not responding to my application. What are the legal options to get my original marksheet of first, second, third fourth semester from university. It's already 2 years have been passed.
