What i do against fraud builders

I book 1rk room in year 2014. I paid 90% amount to builder but builder not give possession. Builder not constructed building.
This is my response to you:
1. You can send a legal notice to the builder;
2. You can also police station and filea case under section 420 of ipc;
3. You can also approach rera if the project is RERA registered;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.

Dear Querist,
Do you have an allotment letter or registered agreement for sale or payment receipts?
Did you check whether the project is registered?
And what is the assured date of possession under any document?
Then accordingly you will have to file a complaint in Rera for refund and compensation.
