Second Applicant Signature Mismatch

Myself with my spouse booked a independent floor in DLF. As a second applicant my spouse all the documents (Aadhar Card, Pan card, passport size photo) provided to the channel partner of the company.But the signature of second applicant done by some one else.How can We correct the signature.we also mention that we have applied as ganeral caste

Pl mention some more details as on which particular documents the signature are not by concerned person
Pl call with better particular and then a possibility can be seen for rectification
