Rera, possession delay still no confirm date

I was supposed to get posseion of flat in Feb 2018 however still possession not provided and whenevr ask for possession date they increase three months . Now suggest will I get full refund along with interest which I have paid to bank.

Thereafter you should send a legal notice through a lawyer wherein you have to mention that builder has failed to give possession on time and you have to pay the interst to the bank unnecessary and due to this reason ask to refund the money along with intrest. if builder denied to refund then you can file a petition against the builder before the concerned consumer Forum or in RERA court. in case builder is unable to proved you possession before his promised date you may file for compensation against your builder and demand your loss such as payment of rent court fees and counsel fee which has happened because of not providing possession at promised time
