Refund of advance money paid before builder buyer agreement

13-Sep-2023 (In RERA Law)
Hi Sir, I booked a flat and paid Rs. 50000 before builder buyer agreement. They took my signature in an application form without filling the detail and then they said that they will send me the complete form but after realizing that I made a huge mistake I wrote an Email to cancel my booking and request to refund my booking amount but the promoter and builder refused to refund. Is there any way I can get my hard earned money refunded.

yes, you can first send them a Legal Notice asking them to refund the amount.
If your request is turned down and the builder still doesn't pay you the amount, then you can either file a case at Rera or district consumer court.
