Possession delayed builder defaulted

Booked a flat in Greater Noida west through a registered society with a reputed builder in 2014. Excavation started in 2015 and as per allotment letter possession was to be given in Feb 18. But project is not complete and running behind schedule by 18 months as builder diverted funds else where. Took a home loan for the same. OC not available and builder is registered with RERA. Want to discontinue and get refund with compensation. What are my legal options.

File a complaint in RERA. Get your complaint registered online and then file the same physically. Your complaint shall be decided within 90 days and your money shall be refunded with interest. You can also claim mental agaony and litigation expenses.

you can file a case with noida rera,
file a complaint against the builder,
can file a case to consumer forum..

these are the legal options availablr with yo

i have already file few matter regarding the same and aquired examplary compensation. the litigators have got justice for hiring my services... best of luck to you also
