Dismissal of Builder's case in UP RERA Tribunal Appeal
24-Aug-2023 (In RERA Law)
Hi,
Builder's appeal against the RERA order in tribunal has been dismissed twice. Now what should be the next step for buyer in order to execute RERA order and get the recovery?
Write to RERA for compliance
RERA will issue notice to the builder
If not complied, file an application under Section 63 of RERA.
It will be resolved.
Compliance is mandatory so Builder must act as per passed order. Also check the order copy.
Regards

File an application for execution before RERA. This could be done online too. If the execution application is already pending, press it before RERA. Approaching the High Court is also an option in case things are delayed at RERAs end and they take a lot of time in doing the needful
