Dear Sir, I purchase a flat in 2012 in a Supertech Project-Golf Village on Yamuna Expressway Noida.Company offered me a possession on 2015.Construction work start i my tower but after completion of basement they stop the work...

I have seen your query carefully and found that you want to return the amount paid by you to the builder with interst but builder is not ready to refund the money. In this situation you can send a legal notice to the builder for give possession with delay penalty or asked to refund the money with intrest. if the builder not refused to return the money to you then you can file a petition against the builder before the concerned consumer Forum or in RERA court. you can also contact me without any hesitation through administrator of this website for the further advice and guidance

hi,
you should first send them a legal notice for refund. if they fail to refund you should file a case before RERA for refund.
Rera will direct the ansal to refund your amount @ MCLR+1% .
