20-Apr-2023 (In RERA Law)

Hello Vaibhav
So for a better understanding of the case I would like you to provide me with the copy of the agreement or allotment letter of the property/flat ,where it is situated, and the area of the project as well as the name of the builder. We can definitely file a case in RERA to get a proper resolution and RERA has jurisdiction over such matters.
