Builder is not providing OC which I was suppose to get in 2011
In RERA Law
Sir I was suppose to get possession in 2011 but yet not.Builder has handovered the flat stating that will provide all necessory document soon but yet not provided OC and lots of tax and other liabilities are there.
Kindly suggest the wayout.

1. File a RERA complaint if CC was not obtained before 2017-18;
2. You can also approach the consumer forum or file complaint to police station;
3. Consult a local lawyer and then take steps.
