Builder asking increased super area at the time of possesion
15-May-2023 (In RERA Law)
I bought office space in supertech -Super nova( Astralis) in 2015 promised possession in 2016.
May 2019 i have received prepossession demand increasing 13% increase in area and 4 lakhs as escalation charges.What to do
on the abovementioned query please file immediately a complaint under UPRERA tribunal against the builder. and please don't forget to annexed the relevant documents like allotment letter, receipts of payment, possession letter etc.
