Wrong calculation of EMI on loan and wrong calculation of interest

I have taken loan of rs 100000 from magma fincorp and I have made full payment of emi with overdues but now I want full payment receipt but they said that there is interest of rs 76500 over you, but I have made full payment with legal receipt and document of magma fincorp so please tell what would I do now.
