What to do if Im unable to pay dues and person is blackmailing me

Matter is that mere through kuch log ka paisa lga tha ipl me but i have not got money form that persion for any reasion so that i am unable to give money to those people so i want to know that in that case any legal case can se happen against me and they are blackmailing me for the money soo that i can do any case against those people please help me out in that case what i have to do
