What to do if a borrower is not returning money

Sir One people borrow money on monthly interest for 3 month and now he is not returning. Only saying give me one month, two month. While they signed on stamp paper with two witnesses and agree to pay interest every month. Now we can do?
In this case u must file a recovery suit under order 37 CPC into Civil Court Against the concerned person... If you provide me a more specific information, that is, the amount and the conditions and word in the agreement, I can help you out more specifically
