what legal rights against company infringing clause of agreement

I invested 350000 in a food company as erfv. As per the agreement within 3 months if I want to leave 30% amount will be deducted. After 3 months it will be 20%. I left the company after 3 months but they deducted 30%. I asked them but they are ready to give me remaining 10%. Already I lost huge amount with this deal and now this also. Please let me know how to solve this issue.
There are various provisions under the company law and also under the Civil Procedure Code. You can file a recovery suit for the recovery of your money. It depends upon the nature of agreement or contract you have. You can also negotiate of go for Alternate Dispute Resolution mechanisms.
