Cheater out of 2 2/1 lahks, person offered me a legal way to stay in India but was a very smart con man, since he knew I was about to leave India because of tourist visa requirement.
I need someone to file cheating case and knows how to deal with FRRO to get extension while this con man goes to jail and I recover my funds, payment to lawyer will be percentage of the 2 2/1 lahks stolen due to limited funds of 64 yr old living on monthly disability pension from USA and living as a monk here in INDIA
Register FIR for cheating, Fraud, Dishonesty etc. If police refuses to register then we will file directly to the Magistrate under 200 of CrPC for which cognizance will be taken.
