Unable to pay loan installment currently

1.I had taken loans from banks and loan apps but because of current critical financial condition i am unable to pay installments so is it possible that banks or loan apps can allow me 2-3 months emi free time?
2.Can i take action against recovery agents who accessed my phone contacts and called and spread wrong information like(calling random mobile number from my contacts and told i had given their number as reference).I think this is wrong.
3.Because of these things i am in high stress condition since 2-3 months and highly lowered my confidence.Please help me with solution else i do not have any option remained.
no bank will give you an EMI free month..
maximum what any bank or financial institution can offer is sometime that too if you have good relations with them and you show them an intention to pay back their money..
