Sold goods without bill customer is delaying payment from last 2months not giving date on message and whatapp. How to recover money?
you should have kept some proof of delivery of the goods to the person. you can send a legal notice to the concerned person asking for your money. in case you do not get a reply from them than you can initiate criminal as well as civil proceedings against the person.
