Salary not released by employer

I am working in a company name Rajveer Solutions Pvt Ltd. I haven't received my salary for last month (march) . I tried to contact the director Mr. Ravikant Gupta however he didn't respond. And I was informed by my manager that there are some technical problem going on so no need to come to office till further notice. Salary date was 7th of every month and still no salary crediter and either no response from their side. However some people already received their salary secretly. Please assist me what needs to be done.

Basically the procedure for recovery of your full and final settlement is that,
Initially you should send a legal notice to the company through and advocate asking for your full and final settlement be done.
Thereafter, if the company doesn’t respond to the same then you can file a suit for the recovery of your dues in the concerned civil court.
