I have filed case vide IPC 420, 406 against my vendor and the culprit is in JC for more than 1 month but his parents have started transferring all his assets in his sister and brother-in-laws Can this transfer happen legally, am I bound to get recovery by selling his or his blood relative assets as his parents are denying now any relation with him but his brother in law is striving hard for culprits bail

You can also file a civil proceedings for Recovery of Money and also ask for interim relief praying that the assets of the concerned person be restrained from creating third party interest. Simultaneously if the assets have been transferred through any instrument you can also seek cancellation of the same.
