Recovery of money from my friend

I help to my friend Rs.206700.00 (near about) on interest of credit cards amount & on cash amount 3% monthly. by scratching of my credit card, on line & by cash also in year 2016-2017, now he was refusing me to refund of my money & interest part also.
Can you any help me to refund of my money in legal way?
