Recovery of maintanance when fake case of missing is being filed

Court has put an execution of Rs.50,000 for maintanance but inlaws has given missing report of their son but he is in other marriage and was living with his new wife when the court issue warrent then they report as missing how can i recover maintanance?
If the execution proceedings are going on in your case then bring it to the kind notice of the Court that your in-laws have filed a frivolous missing report and also the whereabouts of your husband. The court will take necessary steps to enforce the decree which is filed in your favour
