Recovery of Loan given to a friend in Chennai

Hello sir/madam,
I had given a loan to my friend which he said that he will return within 1 week.
He is refusing to return the money now and blocked my numbers in watsapp and phone.
I am unable to reach him since I am out of country. I have evidence on our conversation in Watsapp, facebook and Money transfer receipt to the bank account he had shared in watsapp.
Please let me know the legal options to recover my money.

If you know the address details of the person to whom you lend money, then you can issue a legal notice to him through a lawyer demanding your money along with interest. call me for further discussion.
