Not able to pay loan emi recovery team is harrasi g me

I have taken loans n at that time my I was earning God salary but now my salary is not good and I am not able pay my emi ,I am pretty stressed..Don't know what to do..
In this regard, I advice you to put forth your creditable before the bank and look for a settlement. First tell me what kind of loan you have taken from the bank ? And how many emi’s you have defaulted till date and how much is the NPA amount.
