non payment of salary for over 12 months

I have worked for the company for 17 months, the company has not paid salary for 12 months. how do i recover the salary. The are planning to give an agreement which will say that they will pay once the company gets a valuation or funding.

Hi, if the company is a private limited or public limited company you can send a demand notice under Bankruptcy and insolvency code, which is very effective. They will have to reply u within 10 days with the payment schedule otherwise you can file insolvency proceedings against the Company in NCLT.
