non-payment of bank EMI, Insurance and Govt Tax for a sold vehicle
14-Dec-2023 (In Recovery Law)
I sold my commercial car on Fifty Rupee stamp paper on conditions of payment of bank EMI, Insurance and Government taxes by the second party. Now I have found that insurance and tax was not paid for last 2 years amounting to around Rs. 1 Lakh. Also, I am paying bank EMIs myself since August.
hello sir, I will advice you to send him a legal notice demanding him to pay you the amount that you had paid on bank emis and to release you from being a guarantor.
if he fails to abide so or reply to your legal notice, you can file for recovery of money. hope this was helpful.
