Hi sir my shop is gave to a person he forgery the stamp papers my layer says case is finished final hiring judgment passed you are won this case in government people will come and clear the shop but again and again called but in court status is await lcr please tell the meaning
1. higher court verifying lower court recording
2. still case is pending. either at lower or upper ( appellate court
3. if you got judgment copy then you will know who won the case.
4. ask for judgment copy or final order
5. you can check your status if the case online
