Money lended but they are not responding me

I have lend money to one of the long relative/friend but now they are not receiving the call. I have sent money through internet banking in October 2019 they said that they will return by the January. So what should I do further?
please issue legal notice to the borrower and also mention to initiate legal proceedings in appropriate court.
principal amount along with interest is to be calculated for the sum lent to the person for each month the amount that was given on loan. you may also seek attachment of the properties of the person.
