Money Harassment from Borrower

One of my father's friends had transferred some money into my father's account. After my father's death, he is claiming the money to be a loan. I am pretty sure it is not a loan since my father had always told me about his liabilities. The person is harassing me and he is after my property. I also lost my mother a few years back before my father died.
