Loss of products by negligence of courier service provider

What should I do if courier service provider shows carelessness towards the parcel to sent? As I used to parcel my products to customer but from few months my customers are getting torn and broken parcels and products and service provider is not showing any concern.
you may file a case before consumer forum for deficiency in services . courier company service provider . if any damage done by courier company to file a case before consumer forum . courier company is a service provider and there is a deficiency in services then this is the fit case for consumer forum ,
