How can loan company extend loan's time period without our permission nWe have taken the housing loan of 20year in 2016. Now the company is showing us that we have toh give the emi till 2063 how is it posible?
The loan company is not authorised to extend the loan period without your permission. They are duty bound to inform you about every minor change in the loan account. If they have done it without your consent then you can serve them a legal notice and warn them to either stop all this harassment or face legal action which will be at your own risk.
