Lent 2 lakhs and now the person is not responding to calls

A Government teacher who took 2 Lakhs for Monthly interest of 2 rupees, he is Paying our Interest Regularly upto 4 years but for the past 5 to 6 months he is Not responding at all and Not paying our interest amount and No response for calls and anything.... We Gave money by Getting his signature on a "Blank Cheque " So now we approach his Wife and she is Not at all responding, And that person who lend our money is already took lots of Money from soo many other n Assure them as same way with a Blank Cheque We are not in a Position to spend money to lawers, and we don't know how to get our money back so plz Help me sir
You file the bounce case against him and firstly you present the cheque in your bank and if bounce the cheque you issue l legal notice through lawyer and he will not responded the notice you file cheque bounce case against him.
