I searched an advocate & introduced him to my mother, from my mother's behalf he filed cases in which I was the witness, I was paying all thepayments like Adv. fees, court fees, etc. In greed the adv. colluded with the opposite party & cheated me & my mother:
1) He made fake court documents related to her cases which have fake Judge’s sign. & orders on it.
2) Hired a girl & made a fake police rape complaint against me & my mother which having fake SSP sign. & order on it, he said the opposite party did this.
He threatened us of legal proceedings & jail, and in settling these scandals he usurped Rs 4Lakhs from me in several parts, I paid all the money through online directly to his bank account & have WhatsApp/SMS chats of those scandals with their fees discussed, I also have call recordings too. Police filed FIR under 420 but in March the advocate died, how can I recover my money now after his death, Is there any law/judgement exists to recover money after death in this case?
Nothing can happen in this case bcoz accused has died n the case at the moment is not for recovery..it’s criminal offence…!
If u go for Recovery from legal heirs then it sounds extremely difficult…! This is an honest opinion bcoz I don’t want you to get into entrapment the second time ! Just forget n forgive !

You can always file a recovery suit against the legal heirs of the borrower and claim your money back. And if you have got all the evidences regarding the transfer of the money then it will become easy for you to prove your case. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
The legal heirs may have to carry the burden of compensation, which is common under civil law.
In your case, a criminal charge on the person who has died shall become infructuous. See the other parties involved who are living and we're in conspiracy with the dead accused. Maybe in that case it's possible to make him party to the crime.
Now under extraordinary circumstances, a civil case may be laid out for defrauding and damages maybe claimed. However, it will be an uphill battle to prove your case before the judges.
