How to raise maintenance bill of the defaulter member

My question is - after the society files a recovery application u/s 101 of MCS Act, how should they raise the next maintenance bill of the defaulter member? Shouldn't the bill be afresh without showing the previous arrears as it is at the discretion of the Dy. Registrar to issue Recovery Amount once the application has been made? It has been over 10 months the 101 case is going on and the society has issued my bills showing all the previous arrears in all the subsequent bills. Kindly advise.
