How to claim died father's jon who died while working

My father died 11/6/2015, he was permanent worker , his job expire on 2021 . Can I get job on my father's post in who died during working hour? please give me a suggestion how can I get and what to do and where should I claim ?
It depends on the department in which your father was working. If it is a government department then you can apply for compassionate appointment for the said position of your father in the said department or the organisation shall see your qualification and allocate a job to you.
