how can i receive my share from my partner

I and my sister in law are partners in a registered firm doing business of exports. The goods were exported to my elder brother in Nigeria. We had taken bank loans and loans from others.In bank properties that were given to me by my father were mortgaged. My elder brother could not pay 1.54 cr. and bank made us NPA. i had to sell off one of my property to pay bank and others. Since my elder brother could not pay he transferred his share of property (house) in the name of my other brother whose wife is partner to me in our firm. The said property was jointly owned by my brothers, so to save the transfer fees cost my elder brother's share was transferred to other brother. will i be able to recover my share from my sister in law and my brother?
