If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either remove the unnecessary comments/defamation or face legal action. gather all the docs in which they are alleging that you are loan chor or rapist and file both civil and criminal case of defamation against them in coirt of law... separately you can also lodge a complaint of cheating against them for passing your loan without your approval....you can file the complaint in cyber cell and also in economic offence wing .. who knows they would have duped more people like u
