deposited money to car owner account but he is refusing to pay back

I had selected a car from olx to buy and I had deposited half of money of agreed price in installment to the owners account but now when I had given him 43000/- now he is refusing to give my money back. what to do for recovery. the agreed value of the car was 110000-125000.
Sir if you can then just give the complaint to the police with detailed facts and also show them your account statement and the copy of conversation between you and car owner, you will get your refund asap.
