Hello due to my job problem i can't pay payment of my credit card every days i am getting harishment call or agent come to my house and tell to pay amount otherwise we will go to your home town and take action against me or my family i really don't no what should I do plz advice me.

In this case you can send them legal notice by putting forth your current situation
You can also intimate in the said notice that harassment and house visits are not permitted by law for recovery and if it continues, you will initiate criminal proceedings
