The scenario... We went to construct the house in our ancestor plot in a village, during construction neighbhour appealed and claimed that the property owns to him.All the villagers and people know that property belongs to us.The papers also supports us. The opponent say that all the area belongs to him in the vicinity where there is a temple and many houses. He is intentionally troubling us,we have filed a case in civil court two days back he bought JCB and tried to demolish the building....Still the decision is pending. What can be done for this,My grand parents are old how to proceed.
If the case is filed at Civil court means apply for temporary injunction order by restraining the opponent to not to trespass on your property until the disposal of the suit at court. Do it on priority basis by consulting any advocate by taking the documents of your property.
