Women right in ancestoral property if father died before 2005

i have 3 sister and 4 brother we 4 sister are alive on date,while 3 of them are expired while oneis alive.my father died in 1992,after his death my father ancestoral propert (transferred by legacy)was transferred to my brothers (by legacy)in 1992 itself kindly advice whether myself and my sister posses legal rights for same in ancestoral property of my father who died in 1992.

Hello, as you say that the property has been transfer in year 1992 and and new amendment provision of 2005 the daughters had given rights in father's property but already the property has been transferred in a 1992 so there is no much provision left to get share in that property for further more detailed discussion just contact us
