Will we get share from our mothers property

My mother & brother have joint property where first owner is my brother & co owner is my mother.My brother has transfer all his right to my mother by GPA.We Are three brother are we going to get our share after our mother death. What difficulty we will face at the time of sale of the property. Religion:Hindu
Under GPA, the property will return to your brother only after your mother's death. So you should ask your brother to relinquish his share in the property to your mother only. Then after her death the property will be transferred to all the brothers equally by way of succession.
