Will the Sale agreement or assigned agreement has any legal value

1. Once the registration(Sale DD) happens for an apartment . does the sale agreement and assigned agreement has any value? Like can they create any issues with the sale agreement documents.
2. If a flat is purchased by a person who is staying in Foreign and GPA is done for her father, Will the GPA holder has the right to sign the sale DD?
Sir, once you register the sale deed and paid all the amount at the time of registration, afterwards no value of sale agreement and power of attorney holder has a right to sign the sale deed, if you gave the right through power of attorney to register the sale deed.
