my father &uncle purchase house before 15yrs and my father died 9yrs before & now my grandma say she gave money for purchasing so she also have share in that house. she show cheque details which given by her but paper show only father and uncle's name. SO LEGALLY SHE HAVE SHARE IN THAT PROPERTY OTR NOT
Your grandmother comes under first class heirs that's why she is having her share in your father's property... Nd she can file a suit against you guys for her money also.....
