Religion: Hindu. No WILL by father to mother but mother executed a WILL to youngest son after father's death. Total family members are Five sons and Three daughters. Whether WILL is valid.
most important question is, In whose need the property is recorded in government records. if it was in name of father, mother cannot give will for entire property. contact a good advocate with all details.
