Wife wants to claim her share in grandfather's property

My wife can claim his mother ancestral property. grandfather die 2012 property move for my wife mother name.

Hi client, your wife can claim the property in her name only if her both parents are deceased and by producing a valid death certificate the same can be obtained. If there is a will prepared by either of them you can also claim your right. If not, then the onus lies upon you to prove and you can apply for a succession certificate from the court.
