sir, my father had 3 sons,my eldest brother who died 4 months back.due to some mediacl issue we could not give my eldest brother marriage.during his life time, without our concent, he married a married woman who has a son.later she got divorce from her first husband when he came to know the fact.my brother wife is a greedy person. during my brother life my father allot my big bro a flat and a shop.now the divorcee is claming the rights from my father. plz advice is she equal right or no right. we are muslim caste.
