Who will take grandmother's share in son's property after her death

My Father died in the year 2010 and my mother,myself,Sister and Grandmother(Fathers mom) are the legal heirs.Right now myself,sister and mom are willing to sell a property of my father and my grandmother is not willing.So we decided not to sell.If in case my grand mother expires in future,Will her legal heirs (Sons and Daughters)can claim her Share?.Kindly guide
The legal heirs of your grandmother will become entitled to her share of the property alone, in case of death of your grandmother in future. The shares of the other legal heirs of your father shall remain unaffected.
