My grand father was died around 1986. But of 5 acres joint property was sold in 1992 by his brothers. Iam very clear that registration happend after the death of my grand father but don't know exact year. The person who bought the land also sold to other persons. We are not in possession till now. Now We filed a suit of the share of my ancestral property as the initial sale was illegal. Shall we get our property back after these Long years?
Though you have filed case after such long delay which is hit by limitation act. However, your rights over the property cannot be defeated by such illegal alienations. Obtain an interim order from court against them to prevent them from changing nature of suit property and keep tab. On registrar office. Consult for further legal advice.
