Need to know can husband claim wife's property after her death in Hindu? Debating points are :- Property was purchased by her before our marriage. Nominee was not submitted to society by her No will prepared by her She has only 2 elder sisters and both are married and staying with their husbands

This is my response to you:
1. Yes husband can claim the property;
2. Also the children of the wife can claim the property;
3. So first obtain a succession certificate;
4. Also the sister's claim will come when other legal heirs are not there;
5. Consult a local lawyer and show him/her your documents.
